We start with a relaxed on-boarding chat where we talk through your wedding vision, priorities, and where you currently are in the planning process. Whether you’ve only booked your venue or already have a few vendors in place, this step helps us understand exactly how we can support you.
Build Your Planning Portal
Once you're on board, we create your personalized digital planning portal. This is your central space where everything lives: your checklist, timelines, vendor details, guest planning, and important reminders. It keeps everything organized and easy to access, wherever you are.
Coordinate Vendors
Planning from another city or just too busy to chase emails? That’s where we step in. We help communicate with your vendors, keep track of confirmations, and make sure everyone involved is aligned with your timeline and plans.
Finalize Details
As your wedding date gets closer, we refine everything together. We review timelines, confirm final vendor arrangements, and make sure no small detail gets missed so you can feel confident everything is coming together smoothly.
Handover Week Support
