By purchasing or using any service or digital product from PwP Wedding Concierge, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Overview

PwP Wedding Concierge provides digital wedding planning tools and virtual planning support. All services are advisory and organisational in nature and do not replace on-site coordination unless specifically agreed.

2. Digital Product Usage

All digital products, including the wedding planning guide, are for personal use only.

You may not:

• Resell, share, or distribute the product

• Copy or reproduce any part for commercial use

• Claim the content as your own

Each purchase is intended for one user only.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

• Full payment is required before access to digital products or services

• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

4. Service Terms

For planning support and concierge services:

• Communication timelines will be agreed upon before starting

• Services are provided remotely unless otherwise specified

• The client remains responsible for final decisions and bookings

5. Limitation of Responsibility

PwP Wedding Concierge is not responsible for:

• Vendor performance or service delivery

• Delays, cancellations, or external issues beyond control

• Any financial loss due to third-party services

6. Changes to Services

Services, pricing, and offerings may be updated at any time to improve quality and experience.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is treated with discretion and will not be shared without consent unless required by law.

8. Governing Law

All services are delivered digitally from South Africa. International clients acknowledge and agree that services are governed by South African law.

9. Amendments

Plan with Poise reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to revised terms.
