1. Overview

Plan with Poise is an independently operated digital service studio run by Chanè. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “our”, or “the Studio” refers to Plan with Poise.

By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Scope of Services

Services may include but are not limited to:

• Small business website design
• Digital admin and system setup
• Social media page structuring
• Wedding website design
• RSVP coordination and guest list management
• Wedding & event planning guidance and structured support

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Plan with Poise does not provide on-site event coordination unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit required content, images, and details on time
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Communicate respectfully and professionally

Delays in providing materials may result in timeline adjustments.

4. Payments & Refunds

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure services.
• The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• All payments are final once work has commenced.
• No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work.

For wedding & event services:

All invoices must be paid within the timeframe stated. Late payments may result in paused work and delayed delivery.

Failure to pay remaining balances within agreed timeframes may result in suspension of support.

Bookings are secured only once deposit payment is received.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revisions.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed at an hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Final website designs become the client’s property.
• Plan with Poise reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Templates, frameworks, and internal systems remain the intellectual property of Plan with Poise.

7. Limitation of Liability

Plan with Poise is not liable for:

• Third-party platform outages (e.g., Wix, Systeme.io, social media platforms)
• Vendor failures in wedding services
• Client-provided content errors
• Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

8. Independent Service Provider

Plan with Poise operates as an independent service provider. Engagement of services does not create any partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship between the client and the Studio.

9. Confidentiality

All client information is treated with discretion and will not be shared without consent unless required by law.

10. Governing Law

All services are delivered digitally from South Africa. International clients acknowledge and agree that services are governed by South African law.

11. Amendments

Plan with Poise reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to revised terms.
