How do I know which package is right for me?

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

When you inquire, I’ll review where you’re currently at and guide you toward the package that best fits your needs — without up selling you into something you don’t need.

If you’re unsure, start with the package that feels manageable right now. You can always upgrade later.

What if I don’t have all my content ready?

That’s completely okay — many clients don’t.

Some packages assume that basic content (text, images, information) is available at the start. If content is incomplete or unstructured, additional support may be added to the final price.

I’ll always let you know upfront if that’s the case, no surprises.

How long does a setup take?

Timelines depend on the package and how quickly content and feedback are provided.

As a general guideline:

  • Smaller setups: 7–10 working days

  • Larger or more complex setups: 10–15 working days

Rush timelines are available at an additional cost and subject to availability.

How many revisions are included?

Each package includes a limited number of revisions, depending on the scope of work.

A revision refers to changes requested after the initial draft or setup is delivered.
Additional revisions can be added if needed, and I’ll always communicate this clearly before proceeding.

Do you offer payment plans?

At this stage, full payment is required before work begins.

This allows me to schedule your project properly and deliver focused, high-quality work within the agreed timeline.

Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?

Yes, but it’s offered separately.

Once your setup is complete, you may choose to move into a maintenance or support package if you need ongoing help with admin, updates, or systems.

There’s no obligation, you’re free to manage things yourself if you prefer.

Will you manage my social media or create content for me?

No, content creation and daily social media management are not included in these packages.

My focus is on setting things up properly, creating structure, and making sure your systems work smoothly.
If you need content support later on, we can discuss this as a separate service.

What platforms or tools do you use?

I work with simple, widely used tools that are easy to maintain, nothing complicated or expensive unless truly necessary.

If you already use specific platforms, I’ll work with those wherever possible.

How many clients do you take on at a time?

I intentionally work with a limited number of clients to ensure:

  • Clear communication

  • Quality work

  • Realistic timelines

If my availability is full, I’ll let you know and offer the next available start date.

What if I’m not very tech-savvy?

That’s exactly who I work best with.

Everything is explained in plain language, and you’ll receive a clear handover or guide once your setup is complete, so you’re not left feeling confused or dependent.
